Gundam Virtual Modeler Light is a CD-ROM-based 3-D modeling application for the Pippin Atmark console which includes a library of models from the Japanese anime series Mobile Suit Gundam.[1]
Features[]
An 8MB memory upgrade is required for the application to launch on a Pippin console.[2] The user can create scenes by selecting a background and placing a 3D model of a robot to be rendered. Virtual Modeler data or PICT images can be saved to floppy disk or MO drive through a Pippin expansion dock. However, printing from the Pippin console is not supported.[3]
Releases[]
Gundam Virtual Modeler Light was released in Japan as a hybrid disc for Pippin and Power Macintosh by Bandai Digital Entertainment in 1996.[4] A separate "Light" edition was released for Windows 95.[5]
"Pro" versions were released for Power Macintosh and Windows 95 in 1998.[6][7][8]
